NY8TE64A is an 8-bit microcontroller designed for I/O applications such as home appliances or measurement, using MTP as program memory and EEPROM as non-volatile data memory. Adopting CMOS process while providing customers with significant advantages such as low cost, high performance, and high resistance to electromagnetic interference. The NY8TE64A core is built on the RISC reduced instruction set architecture, making it easy to edit and control, with a total of 55 instructions. Except for a few instructions that require 2 timing sequences, most instructions can be completed in 1 timing sequence, allowing users to easily control different applications through programming. Therefore, it is very suitable for various complex applications with low to medium memory capacity.
NY8TE64A is equipped with a high-precision twelve plus two channel twelve bit analog-to-digital converter and a high-precision voltage comparator, which is capable of handling the detection of various analog interfaces and measurement.
In terms of I/O resources, NY8TE64A has 18 flexible bidirectional I/O pins, each with a separate register to control as an input or output pin. And each I/O pin has additional program control functions such as pull-up or pull-down resistors or open drain outputs. In addition, for infrared remote control products, NY8TE64A has a built-in high current output infrared carrier emission port (PA3) with selectable frequency.
NY8TE64A has three sets of timers, which can be used as a general timing application with system frequency or triggered by external signals to count. In addition, NY8TE64A provides 4 sets of 10 bit resolution PWM outputs, and 1 set of buzzer output can be used to drive the motor LED、 Or buzzers, etc.

PA [5:0], PB [3:0], and PC [1:0] can choose to use built-in pull-down resistors for input.
PA [7:0], PB [7:0], and PC [1:0] can choose to use pull-up resistors for input.
PB [7:0] and PC [1:0] can choose to output with open drain.
All I/O pin outputs can choose between Small Sink Current, Normal Sink Current, or Large Sink Current Sink Current) , Only PB [7:6] and PC [0] cannot select Small Sink Current. PA [4] can also choose Ultra Sink Current.
All I/O pin outputs can choose between Small Drive Current or Normal Drive Current, except for PB [7:6] and PC [0] ,Only Normal Drive Current can be selected. PA [4] can also choose Ultra Drive Current.

There are direct or indirect addressing modes for accessing data.
A set of 8-bit countdown timers (Timer0) includes programmable frequency pre division lines.
Two sets of 10 bit countdown timers (Timer1, 4) can be selected for repeated loading or continuous countdown.
Four 10 bit pulse width modulation (PWM1, 2, 3, 4).
One buzzer output (BZ1).
