SC93F8333/8332/8331 (hereinafter referred to as SC93F833X) is an enhanced ultra fast 1T 32-bit bus 8051 core industrial grade integrated touch button function Flash microcontroller. The instruction system is fully compatible with the traditional 8051 product series and is about twice as fast as other 1T 8051 core MCUs at the same operating frequency.

The SC93F833X not only has 23 built-in high-sensitivity isolated capacitor touch circuits, but also integrates 8KB Flash ROM, 256B+1KB SRAM, 128B EEPROM, up to 26 GP I/O, 13 external interruptible IO, 3 16 bit timers, 12 high-precision ADC channels, 3 independent 8+2 bit PWM channels that can be switched to 6 output pins, internal 1percent high-precision high-frequency 12/6/2MHz oscillator and 4percent precision low-frequency 128K oscillator, external crystal oscillator, and has one independent UART, one UART/SPI/IC three choice one communication port SSI, and other communication interface resources. To improve reliability and simplify customer circuits, the SC93F833X also integrates high reliability circuits such as 4-level optional voltage LVR, 2.4V reference ADC voltage, and independent 2kHz low-power WDT internally. SC93F833X has excellent anti-interference performance and excellent touch button performance, making it very suitable for touch buttons and main control applications in various usage scenarios, such as large and small smart appliances and smart homes, the Internet of Things, wireless communication, game consoles and other industrial control and consumer application fields.
