SC95F8523/8522/8521 (hereinafter referred to as SC95F852X) is a series of enhanced 1T 8051 core industrial grade touch Flash microcontrollers

The instruction set is backward compatible with the standard 80C51 series.

SC95F852X has a super fast 1T8051 CPU core with a running frequency of up to 32MHz. At the same operating frequency, its execution speed is about twice that of other 1T8051 cores; The IC integrates hardware multipliers and dividers, as well as dual DPTR data pointers, to accelerate data computation and movement speed. The hardware multiplication and division algorithm does not occupy CPU cycles, and the operation is implemented by hardware, which is tens of times faster than software implemented multiplication and division methods; Dual DPTR data pointers can be used to accelerate data storage and movement.

The SC95F852X series has high performance and reliability, with a wide operating voltage of 2.0V~5.5V, an ultra wide operating temperature of -40 ℃~105 ℃, and strong,Capable of 6KV ESD and 4KV EFT. Adopting the industry-leading eFlash process, Flash writes>100000 times and can be stored for 100 years at room temperature.

SC95F852X series has a built-in low-power WDT watchdog timer, with 4 levels of optional voltage LVR low voltage reset function and system clock monitoring function,Capable of low power consumption in both operating and power-off modes. Normal working mode: Typically around 5V 4.5mA@32M .
