SC93F7433/7432 (hereinafter referred to as SC93F743X) is an enhanced ultra fast 1T 32-bit bus 8051 core industrial grade Flash microcontroller. The instruction system is fully compatible with the traditional 8051 product series and is about twice as fast as other 1T 8051 core MCUs at the same operating frequency.

The SC93F743X integrates 16KB Flash ROM, 256B+1KB SRAM, 128B EEPROM, up to 26 GP I/Os, 13 IOs with external interrupts, 3 16 bit timers, 12 channels of 12 bit high-precision ADC, 3 independent 8+2 bit PWM and switchable to 6 output pins, internal 1 PERCENT high-precision high-frequency 12/6/2MHz oscillator and 4 PERCENT precision low-frequency 128K oscillator, external crystal oscillator, and has one independent UART, one UART/SPI/IC three select one communication port SSI, and other communication interface resources. To improve reliability and simplify customer circuits, SC93F743X also integrates high reliability circuits such as 4-level optional voltage LVR, 2.4V reference ADC voltage, and independent 2kHz low-power WDT internally. SC93F743X has excellent anti-interference performance and is very suitable for industrial control and consumer applications such as large and small smart home appliances and smart homes, Internet of Things, wireless communication, game consoles, etc.
