SC93F5003 is an enhanced 32-bit bus ultra fast 1T 8051 core industrial grade Flash microcontroller, with an instruction system fully compatible with the traditional 8051 product series. It runs at more than twice the speed of other 1T8051 products at the same operating frequency.
SC93F5003 integrates 8KB Flash ROM, 512B SRAM, up to 18 GP I/O (all IO have high current drive capability), 8 IO can be externally interrupted, 3 16 bit timers, 10 channels of 12 bit high-precision ADC, 3 independent 8+2 bit PWM and can switch to 6 output pins, internal ± 1 PERCENT high-precision high-frequency 24/12/6/2MHz oscillator and ± 3 PERCENT precision low-frequency 128kHz oscillator, external crystal oscillator, UART/SPI communication interface, 1/2BIAS software LCD COM and other resources. To improve reliability and simplify customer circuits, SC93F5003 also integrates four levels of optional voltage LVR, 2.4V reference ADC reference voltage, independent WDT and other high reliability circuits internally. SC93F5003 has excellent anti-interference performance and is very suitable for industrial control and consumer applications such as various sizes of smart appliances and smart homes, chargers, power supplies, model aircraft, walkie talkies, wireless communication, game consoles, etc.

Built in crystal oscillator circuit, can be connected to an external 2-16MHz oscillator.
The oscillator detection circuit automatically switches to the internal high-frequency HRC oscillator when the external oscillator stops oscillating, and resets again during the next reset
