Xianke Electronics, a subsidiary of Taifeng International Group, is a manufacturer of semiconductor discrete devices with a production volume of more than 3 billion finished semiconductor discrete devices. The company was founded in the 1980s and initially produced a series of glass-sealed diodes, and then gradually added other series of products. The company has set up factories in mainland China and cooperated with ITT of Germany to develop and produce multiple series of electronic components such as diodes and transistors and capacitors.
