This surface-mount IC is part of the PMIC (Power Management IC) family and features an adjustable threshold, making it suitable for a wide range of applications. Features: Adjustable threshold for six selectable threshold combinations Active low reset output Adjustable/Selectable reset timeout Open drain or open collector output Six-channel voltage monitoring Low operating supply current (900μA) Operating temperature range of -40°C to 85°C Radiation-hardening not included ROHS3 compliant and lead-free Applications: Primary applications: Power supply monitoring and regulation in industrial, automotive, and consumer electronics Secondary applications: Medical devices, aerospace, and defense systems |
