Product Introduction
Product Specification: Negative Temperature Coefficient (NTC) Thermistor Model: B3950
Shop suggestion: Thermistor temperature measurement is stable, and the new HT-NTC100K model can achieve a temperature measurement of 350 degrees after upgrading, which can effectively replace K-type thermocouples and solve the problems of strict wiring requirements for K-type thermocouples, long wires that are easily affected by external interference, and large temperature fluctuations that affect printing quality.
Compared to the improvement of temperature measuring resistors on the market:
1. The original ordinary temperature measuring head is directly exposed for temperature measurement, upgraded to a resistance encapsulated temperature measuring head. The cylindrical outer diameter of the temperature measuring head is 3mm and the length is 15mm, which can be used in conjunction with heating blocks that support thermocouples.
2. Increase the temperature measurement range from -50 ℃ to+250 ℃ to -50 ℃ to+350 ℃, to assist in printing high-temperature materials and replace the original K-type thermocouple temperature measurement (thermocouple temperature measurement is not recommended, K-type thermocouple has strict wiring requirements, requires shell grounding, long connecting wires are easily affected by external interference, and cause excessive temperature fluctuations, which affect printing quality. If printing high-temperature materials, the store recommends using the new version of HT-NTC100K thermistor temperature measurement).
3. The new version of HT-NTC100K temperature measuring resistors are all made using imported techniques, using 304 stainless steel material and internal temperature measurement packaging to ensure genuine materials for maximum service life and accurate temperature measurement.
4. The new version of HT-NTC100K temperature measuring resistor adopts white high-temperature resistant soft wire, which is more resistant to high temperatures. For the convenience of customers, parallel connection is used, and customers can tear and use it according to their own needs. The high-temperature wire is twice as thick as those on the market and is not easy to break during use.
5. Support customization of temperature measuring resistors with different specifications, cylinder sizes, and lengths (minimum order of 100).
6. Can be used in conjunction with the new heating tube (the new heating tube can heat up to around 350 degrees).
