Product Overview 

RCWL-1605 is a transceiver integrated ultrasonic ranging module designed with our self-developed chip RCWL-9623.

Under default conditions, the software is fully compatible with our old version HC-SR04; it can be set to UART, IIC or single bus mode through resistors. 25CM blind area, 4.5M typical maximum distance measurement, 2mA ultra-low operating current. The self-developed chip RCWL-9625 is used to make its periphery more concise, the operating voltage is wider (2.8-5.5V), and the interface functions are more.
