Features: Programmable timer and oscillator with a frequency range of 3MHz Low power consumption with a nominal supply current of 50μA High output current of 100mA Operating temperature range of -40°C to 85°C RoHS3 compliant and lead-free Radiation-hardening not required No SVHC (Substances of Very High Concern) under REACH (Registration, Evaluation, Authorization, and Restriction of Chemicals) regulations Applications: Primary applications: Timing and control applications, such as pulse generation, delay circuits, and oscillators Industrial automation and control systems Medical devices and equipment Secondary applications: Audio and video applications, such as tone generation and pulse-width modulation Communications and networking applications, such as clock generation and synchronization |
