The ADS1298IPAG is a high-performance, 8-channel, 24-bit analog-to-digital converter (ADC) integrated circuit (IC) designed for general-purpose data acquisition applications. This IC is part of the ADS1298 family and is available in a 64-pin, 10mm x 10mm, 1.2mm height, lead-free, 64-TQFP package.
