Description
The IR2181STRPBF is a half-bridge gate driver IC , designed to drive IGBTs and N-channel MOSFETs. This independent channel type driver is suitable for high-side switching applications, offering a peak output current of 1.9A (source) and 2.3A (sink). The driver is configured as a half-bridge and is capable of operating with a supply voltage range of 10V to 20V.
