The LM75A or B high-speed 12C interface high-precision temperature sensor development board module has the same random shipping function.
LM75A or B is a high-speed 12C interface temperature sensor that can directly convert temperature into digital signals within the temperature range of -55 ℃ to+125 ℃, and achieve an accuracy of 0.125 ℃. MCU can directly read data from its internal registers through the 12C bus and operate on four data registers through 12C to set different working modes. LM75A has 3 optional logical address pins, allowing 8 devices to be connected simultaneously on the same bus without address conflicts.

Programmable temperature threshold and hysteresis set point;
In order to reduce power consumption, the current consumed in turn off mode is only 1.0 μ A;
When powered on, the device can be used as an independent temperature controller;
ESD protection:
Under the JESD22A114 standard, it can operate in 2000V HBM mode;
Under the JESD22A115 standard, it can operate in 200V MM mode;
Under the JESD22-C101 standard, the 1000VCDM mode can be used to:
The door lock test conducted under JEDEC standard (JESD78) can reach 100mA;
Small 8-pin package: S08, TSSOP8, and ultra small package XSON8U.
