Before using the module for the first time, with the module not powered on and not connected to a load, turn the copper headed flat mouth adjustment cap of the blue potentiometer counterclockwise (aimed at the person's chest) until the potentiometer is turned to the bottom (more than 30 turns) and hear a "click" sound. Finally, turn on the power and use a multimeter to monitor the output voltage of the module. Rotate the potentiometer clockwise to achieve the desired voltage
