Product Description

Power MOSFETs, a shielded inductor, passives, and a 2-A, stepdown DC/DC converter are all included in the low-profile LMZM33602 power module, which is an easy-to-use integrated power solution. This power solution does away with loop correction and magnetics part selection from the design process and only needs four external components.

The 18-pin, 9-mm by 7-mm by 4-mm QFN packaging enables for a point-of-load design that is small, low-profile, and simple to solder into a printed circuit board. The LMZM33602 is a great device for powering a variety of applications since it has a full feature set, including power good, programmable UVLO, prebias start-up, overcurrent, and overtemperature precautions.
